Returns

We only accept returns for items that are broken or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at aloha@studioinparadise.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
  2. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
  3. If approved, we will issue a return authorization and details on how to proceed.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is approved and processed, you may choose between:

  • A refund to the original payment method.
  • A store credit for future purchases.

 

Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Incorrect sizing or personalization errors made by the customer.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Intimate clothing items such as lingerie, leggings, bathing suits and the like.
